Product Features:
Gluten-free Baklava with Walnuts is a product with a recipe developed by Karaköy Güllüoğlu for celiac patients and those on a gluten-free diet, “for special nutritional purposes”.

Studies were conducted with the Celiac Life Association and patients were given a taste.
Except for flour and starch, the other raw materials of Güllüoğlu baklava are kept the same.
Our products are analyzed regularly.
Consume under doctor supervision.
We use a separate warehouse and special production area for the production of Gluten-free Baklava. We serve our Gluten-free products, produced by specially trained production personnel, with separate service equipment (tray-spatula-knife).
You can eat it safely and deliciously!

Ingredients: Beet sugar, plain butter and walnut kernels, rice flour, corn starch, egg, salt, water, raising agents (Sodium bicarbonate (E500), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (E450)), thickeners (Pectin (E440), Xanthan Gum (E415)). Does not contain glucose syrup.
Allergen: This product contains walnuts, eggs, milk and dairy products. It may also contain trace amounts of peanuts, almonds and hazelnuts.
