Product Features:

Walnut Gluten-Free Baklava is a “special nutrition” product with a recipe developed by Karaköy Güllüoğlu for celiac patients and gluten-free dieters.

Studies were carried out with the Association for Life with Celiacs and patients were allowed to taste it.

Apart from flour and starch, the other raw materials of Güllüoğlu baklava are kept the same.

Our products are regularly analyzed.

Consume under doctor’s supervision.

We use a separate warehouse and special production area for Gluten-Free Baklava production. We serve our gluten-free products produced by specially trained production staff with separate service equipment (tray-spatula-knife). You can eat safely and deliciously!

Ingredients: Beet sugar, clarified butter and walnut kernels, rice flour, corn starch, egg, salt, water, raising agents (Sodium bicarbonate (E500), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (E450)), thickeners (Pectin (E440), Xanthan Gum (E415)).  Does not contain glucose syrup.

Allergen: This product contains walnuts, eggs, milk and dairy products. It may also contain traces of peanuts, almonds and hazelnuts.
