Pistachio Dürüm, made by the talented craftsmen of Karaköy Güllüoğlu, is one of the most preferred desserts with its color and shape. Pistachio Dürüm is prepared with 1 layer of phyllo dough, 90% of which is composed of Gaziantep’s delicious pistachios. Baked at 160 degrees in the oven, the syrup given as the final touch to the Pistachio Dürüm, which gains its crunch, is less than other baklava. This flavor, which then takes its place on the counters, is presented to the taste of pistachio lovers.
