The recommended dosage is one dessert spoon, taken 2 hours before activity. Use on an empty stomach and avoid eating or drinking anything for 45 minutes after use. This product will remain effective in your body for 48 hours.
Similar to Turkish Mesir (Mesir Macunu), it contains effective spices and Epimedium. It is suitable for regular use in activities and can also help address health issues. Please note: If you have diabetes, heart disease, or high blood pressure, it is recommended not to use this product. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid using this product.
