Aspir Oil CLA L-Carnitine Softgel
Aspir is a drought-resistant, summer-type, annual long-day oil plant that can be grown in about 110-140 days. Aspir oil is obtained from the seeds of the Carthamus tinctorius plant through cold pressing and contains CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid).
The natural CLA content of 35% in the oil is known for its effect in preventing fat storage. With its essential unsaturated fatty acids, it also helps regulate the fat and muscle balance in the body. It accelerates metabolism and assists in weight loss. Furthermore, it is a powerful antioxidant.
Aspir seeds and its composition contain significant minerals, amino acids, and vitamins (B1, B2, B12, E, and C). Aspir oil, due to its oleic acid content, also has beneficial effects on the scalp.
The oil is more beneficial than the seed itself. The most important compound in aspir oil is L-carnitine, the active ingredient. It is a plant preferred by athletes.
L-Carnitine is a product that should be used during exercise. It helps transport fats into cells and supports their burning as energy.
Aspir Oil CLA L-Carnitine Softgel Usage Recommendation
For adults aged 11 and above, it is recommended to take 2 softgels twice a day, either before or after meals. It should be consumed with plenty of water.
It should be supported by regular exercise and a healthy diet.
