How to make Turkish Coffee
The 3 most important things to cook a good Turkish coffee are the amount of sugar, water, and coffee.
For a plain Turkish coffee:
1 dessert spoon of coffee, 1 Turkish coffee cup of water are enough.
For a Turkish coffee with less sugar:
1 dessert spoon of coffee, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 coffee cup water is enough.
For a Turkish coffee with medium sugar:
1 dessert spoon of coffee, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 coffee cup water is enough.
For a sweet Turkish coffee:
1 dessert spoon of coffee, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 coffee cup water is enough.
Add all ingredients to the pot (cezve), mix well, and cook slowly over low heat.
Divide the foam into the cups and then pour the coffee.
