How to Brew Tea for the Best Taste?
• Store your tea in dry, cool environments to protect it from moisture and water.
• When brewing tea, always use the best quality water (avoid hard water, the water should be soft and clean).
• Do not use aluminum teapots.
• After adding tea to the teapot, add enough water to slightly moisten it. After gently shaking the teapot several times, pour off any excess water from the bottom of the tea leaves.
• After boiling the water in the bottom teapot, don’t rush to steep the tea. Let the tea heat with the steam from the boiling water. When you open the teapot lid and see steam, your tea is ready to be steeped.
• Wait for the water to settle before steeping (do not pour boiling water directly onto the tea).
• NEVER reheat well-brewed tea.
• After brewing your tea, reduce the heat and wait for it to steep properly.
• When transferring the well-steeped tea into a glass, always preheat the glass with boiling water…

Brewing Recommendation for Bergamot Flavored Teas:
This tea may have a very strong taste when brewed alone. For the best result, blend your Bergamot Flavored tea with your regular black tea in the proportions you prefer for a balanced taste.
