They are easy to contact even on WhatsApp … More and were very welcoming and understanding I wanted to change some for their other scents available which they agreed to with no options. They have such a wide range of fine products sourced from all over Turkey so you don’t have to purchase from multiple companies they have everything you need. They have definitely earned a life long customer and when I visit Turkey I will visit them personally and experience their great hospitality in person.

I bought lamps and lemon cologne from StamboulBazaar. My first choice of lamps were not available and Omer Faruk sent me an email to apologize, and was … More very kind to find others and post them on the web for me to choose from. They gave me a discount to make up for the delay and it being sold out although only a day or two had passed from my order ! Both lamps are beautiful and were wrapped so perfectly and safely - they were almost indestructible !! Because of the Covid situation at customs, they also could not ship a gallon of the cologne but they sent me 3 different smaller bottles amounting to a gallon and pack lamps and cologne in two separate boxes so they don’t get damaged (probably payed twice the shipping that they did not charge me for!). They answered my follow up emails at 1 am local time and were very kind and helpful throughout getting what I wanted when shipping internationally has been so difficult and expensive . I would buy from them again! Fabulous customer service and absolutely fabulous packaging!
